General instructions:
Using your favorite HTML or simple text editor (such as Windows Notepad), paste the code into the HTML source of a web page where you want the countdown to appear. Save the page with the code on your web server.
How to add the animation code to a MySpace page:
1. Select and copy the code.
2. Login to your MySpace account.
3. Click "Edit Profile" link.
4. You will get a list of sections you can customize (About Me, Interests,
Music etc). The countdown code may be used in any section except the "Headline"
5. Paste the code.
6. Click "Preview section" and on the next page click "Save all changes".
7. That's all! the countdown has been added to your MySpace page.
How to add the animation to a Xanga page:
1. Select and copy the code.
2. Login to your Xanga account.
3. Click "New Weblog Entry".
4. Click "Edit HTML" link.
5. Paste the countdown code into your Xanga page.
6. Click "Submit" button
7. You will be redirected to your main blog page, where you will see the countdown.
How to add the animation code to your profile on Friendster:
1. Select and copy the code.
2. Login to your Friendster.com account.
3. Click "My Profile" link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Click "Edit Profile" link.
5. Click "Customize" link at the top.
6. Press "Ctrl+V" under title "Add music and video..." to paste the code.
7. Click "Save" button at the bottom of the page to update your Friendster profile.
How to add the animation code to Blogger:
1. Select and copy the code.
2. Login to your Blogger account and click the "NEW POST" button (the one with a big plus
sign).
3. Choose "Edit HTML".
4. Paste the code into your page.
5. Click "Publish Post" button, you will see "Your blog published successfully"
message.
6. You can view the countdown animation by using "View Blog" link.
How to add the animation code to Piczo:
1. Select and copy the code.
2. Go to your "Page Editor" on Piczo.
3. Click on the "Tools" button at the top of the page.
4. Scroll down to "Controls".
5. Click "HTML" in the popup window that appears.
6. A page element box will open with instructions "HTML goes here".
7. Click the "T" button on the right corner of the page element box.
8. Paste the countdown code inside this box.
9. Click "OK".
10. The countdown will appear inside the page element box.
11. Click on the "Hand" icon and drag the page element box wherever you want the animation
to appear.
How to add the animation code to BlackPlanet, Migente, or AsianAvenue:
1. Select and copy the code.
2. Login to your BlackPlanet, Migente or AsianAvenue account.
3. Click the "Edit link" on the bottom left of the screen (next to your username).
4. You will then be taken to the area where you can edit your homepage.
5. Find the link "Personal Message", then click it.
6. You will then be taken to a textbox that contains the content of your homepage.
7. Choose the location for the animation, then paste the code on your page.
8. Right below the textbox where you pasted the code, enter your password.
9. Right below the password, click on "Preview Page" if you want to see what your page looks
like before saving it. If you're happy with it, re-enter your password and click "Finish".
