Please make sure you have carefully followed the instructions on your banner download page. Check that your banner HTML code has been pasted exactly as provided on your download page and ensure that you have successfully uploaded the banner SWF file on the web server. If the problem persists, contact us with exact URL (web address) of the page where you use your banner code.
There is no need to "open" the downloaded SWF file directly. For viewing the banner, you have to embed the SWF file into a web page (just copy/paste the HTML code from your order download page) and open that page in your web browser (which has a special plug-in for displaying Flash content).
You can edit your ad copy (the texts you use in your banner) at any moment without having to purchase another banner. Pro service users should login to the Pro account and select a banner in the "Your past orders" section. It will allow you to enter new banner texts and generate updated banner. Instant service users please contact us with new ad copy along with the order number.
Sure, we keep a backup copy of your banner, - please contact us with your order number to receive your banner. We also recommend to always bookmark your order download page in your web browser.
First download your banner SWF file, and copy it to the root of your web site directory. We recommend to obtain the banner HTML code on your order download page and paste the code directly into your HTML page source (switch to the "Code View" in your Dreamweaver).
To insert your banner in the Dreamweaver's "Design View", please follow these steps:
?clickTAG=http://www.example.comreplacing the www.example.com with desired click-through URL for your ad. The File field now should look like: banner.swf?clickTAG=http://www.example.com
Should any problems arise, please contact us with exact web address (URL) of the page where you have placed your banner HTML code.

Basically, you do not need any special HTML editor software to insert your banner into your web page(s). The HTML pages are basically plain text documents, which you can edit in any simple text editor, such as Windows Notepad.
hould any problems arise, please contact us with exact web address (URL) of the page where you placed your banner HTML code.
The banners made with our Pro banner maker may include up to 5 text lines, and Instant banners include three lines. Both banner makers also support optional "extra" text displayed as a scrolling ticker in the bottom part of the banner (up to 900 characters long, that is about 150-200 words). If you need to include even more text to your banner, please request a quote (do not forget to include your order number).
By modifiyng the banner HTML code, you can display your banner as a web site decoration (logo or header graphics) without click-through link assigned and without the mouseover "hand" cursor. Please see the tips and tricks on the banner download page for code examples.
Please see detailed manual Play a Macromedia Flash animation in PowerPoint on the Microsoft Office web site.
No, we do not provide such service. You can try third-party programs offering an SWF to GIF conversion. We are not affiliated with these softwares and do not provide the support. Please keep in mind that exact reproduction of a Flash animation as an animated GIF bitmap is rarely possible due to the difference between the vector and bitmap image formats.
If your ad publisher requires a GIF/JPG backup image for your banner, we can supply a static "snapshot" of your ad upon your request (please include your order number).
Banner dimensions (width and height) are controlled by the banner HTML code. You can set new width and height and generate banner HTML code on your download page - please see demo.
Default physical size of your banner corresponds to the ad industry standard formats. You can resize your banner to some extent by changing the banner code "width" and "height" parameters expressed in pixels. To avoid the graphics distortion, you should keep original aspect ratio between width and height. For example, for the 468 x 60 Full Banner ad format, recommended width:height value pairs are: 562:72, 608:78, 702:90, 750:96 etc. Please see tips and tricks on the banner download page for the banner HTML code examples.
A FLA file (that with a .fla extension) is the source, or editable version of a Flash movie. Our banner maker service generates Flash banner SWF files only. The SWF files are generated in real-time on our server. The banner generation process skips the FLA stage altogether; thus, it's not possible to provide our customers with FLA files.
If you would like to change your banner ad copy, or the way your banner is linked to the click-through URL, we are more than happy to assist you. These modifications are free of charge. If the FLA file is an absolute necessity, please use our Custom ad design service.
