Your Flash banner is provided to you as the SWF (that with ".swf" extension) compiled, viewable-only Flash file. You do not have to "open" this file on your computer. To display it on the web, you should either embed the SWF file into your web pages - by using the banner HTML code generated on your banner download page - or send the file to your ad publisher.
